2023年10月12日，南華大學王丹玲教授和萬正卿為共同通訊作者在《Front Genet》雜志發(fā)表題為“Unidirectional alteration of methylation and hydroxymethylation at the promoters and differential gene expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma”的研究論文，該研究利用平行全基因組亞硫酸鹽測序(WGBS)和全基因組氧化亞硫酸氫測序(oxWGBS)，在成對原發(fā)口腔鱗狀細胞癌樣本及其正常癌旁組織(NATs)中以單核苷酸分辨率表征5mC和5hmC圖譜，并采用多組學方法分析5mC和5hmc修飾對OSCC差異基因表達的影響。易基因科技為本研究提供oxWGBS+WGBS測序分析服務。
